The address to this unit is actually 2109 N 14th! Square footage is incorrect. This one bedroom one bath duplex is furnished and ready for you! The living room is open to the full service kitchen. The living room features a window unit for heating and cooling, a large wall mounted smart TV, a couch with ottoman and a comfy chair. The kitchen has everything you need including an electric range oven, fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. We have also supplied all the pots and pans, plates and drinking glasses, etc for you to cook and serve a meal. There are also TV trays provided for dining. The bathroom has a tub shower combo, vanity, commode, and washer and dryer! The bedroom is oversize and also features a heating and cooling window unit. We have equipped the bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 twin trundle bed. The trundle bed has an extra twin bed that sits on wheels at floor level under the top bed. This lower bed can be rolled out to accomade a fourth sleeper. So in total, there are 4 twin beds for you to enjoy. There is also a wall mounted smart TV in the bedroom, as well. For parking, there is one assigned parking spot directly in front of the home. Any additional parking would be on the curb. This home also has its own yard with chain link fencing. Please note, while we are currently set up to house workers, we are open to changing the beds to suit a family's needs. We are also open to removing furnishings if you are interested in unfurnished.
