Step outside and you’re within minutes of Philadelphia’s most popular historic attractions such as Elfreth’s Alley, the Betsy Ross House, Independence Mall as well as some of the best bars, restaurants, galleries and retail in the City! As you enter the unit, you’ll have two huge coat closets and a space for a shoe rack or welcome mat. The space opens to the kitchen with granite counter top and breakfast bar, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and electric range, and living room area with two bright windows. The full bathroom has a floating vanity, white tile throughout and washer/dryer. Off of the living room is the first bedroom that’s a loft style with French doors and has a large closet with a light inside. The second bedroom features two bright windows with views down to the Ben Franklin Bridge and a large closet with a light inside, as well. The building also includes your own private storage unit in the basement, a common area bike rack and an elevator! Lease Terms: Generally, 1st month, and 1-month security deposit due at, or prior to, lease signing. Other terms may be required by Landlord such as last month’s rent upfront. $65 application fee per applicant. Tenants are responsible for: electricity, gas (if applicable), cable/internet. Water is a flat monthly fee of $75. Additional fees or requirements may be applicable for units with Homeowners or Condo Associations.
