Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. If approved, small pets under 25 lbs are welcome with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Situated in a nice and safe neighborhood, this home is equipped with exterior cameras for added security without intruding on your privacy. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside or outside within 10 ft of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Please do not park any car on the street after 9 pm, with a maximum of four standard-size cars allowed on the premises. The property is pet-free unless prior authorization is given, and a pet policy must be agreed upon before check-in.
