Extra bedding sheets for air mattresses and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. The home is conveniently situated close to I-85, providing easy access to Downtown Atlanta, just 30 minutes away. The Infinite Energy Arena is only minutes away, making it a simple and quick commute to your event. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. No smoking is allowed inside or outside within 10 ft of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are allowed, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. Unregistered guests will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for pets under 25 lbs.
