Our country ranch is nestled on 2 acres of peace and quiet at the bottom of Overlook Mountain. Deer make our property their sanctuary while the interior is a beautiful space for 1-4 people. A coded entryway makes it easy to access this comfortable home, only 3 steps up from ground level. The house is designed as an opened space of about 1200 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house comes completely furnished and there is a parking lot for up to 2 vehicles. There is a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. There is forced hot air, an electric fireplace and a wood burning stove for heat. There are hardwood floors and tons of natural light. We are looking to rent the house by the month, ideally from December 1 through April 30. Tenants will be asked for 1 month’s deposit for any rental period. We will supply a rental agreement for you to sign prior to your rental. We are a funloving couple in love with the Hudson Valley. We’ve owned this house for 4 years and spend our winters in Costa Rica. We take great pride in keeping our sweet home neat and clean and we’re looking for tenants who feel the same sense of responsibility. We will be showing our space until the end of November and a realtor will take over once we leave for Costa Rica.
