This home is located near popular Sloan's Lake & just north of Dry Gulch, another park great for walks. Short walk or drive to many great amenities- restaurants, breweries, grocery store, target, movie theater, gas stations & more! There's a public rail RTD stop 0.5 miles away that takes you into Downtown Denver, incl. a stop at Bronco's stadium, or can take you the other way to Golden.
