Great for a students, safe, secured by keypad lock in the front and ideal for a graduate student or young adult professional. The location is within walking distance of parks, public transportation, restaurants, etc. Rental is by lease agreement; applicants are requested to submit a proof of employment and and (2) reference letters for consideration.
