Montecito Dreams

I moved into the Montecito Condos around the end of February. These new units have been excellent. Plenty of parking, washer/dryer located in every unit, an on-site gym, a spacious elevator, and depending on what unit you get - a beautiful view of the valley. Not to mention, these units are located very close to Ventura Boulevard. Hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances decorate the inside while the outside has a courtyard on the ground floor that most of my guests have said resemble "Melrose Place". Speaking of guests, visitor parking was even made easier with the addition of 3 parking permits given to each unit. Anyone looking to move into this area, should seriously consider doing so as it really is a lovely place to live.
