About This Home

12 Month Lease, $1,300 deposit, Available Now

Platt Park Nestled between the vibrant Washington Park and the eclectic South Broadway, Platt Park emerges as one of Denver's preeminent historic neighborhoods, with a charming park at its heart. Named in honor of early Denver luminary James Platt rather than the Platte River, as commonly believed, this 100-block square oasis, bordered by Downing, Broadway, Evans, and I-25, exudes tranquility and allure. Its tree-lined streets boast a diverse array of homes, spanning from 1920s Bungalows to historic Tudors and contemporary spacious builds. This remarkably walkable community revolves around the lively Old South Pearl strip, where frequent street festivals, community gatherings, and Denver's prominent farmers market in the spring, summer, and fall create a vibrant atmosphere. Easily stroll to coffee shops, breweries, boutiques, and some of the city's most renowned dining establishments, all while enjoying convenient access to numerous parks, I-25, and the light rail.

A private attic loft is available in this classic, spacious Victorian home — a true “suite” that’s all yours. You’ll have a master bedroom, an ensuite bathroom (recently remodeled), and a bonus room that works great as a living room or office. The loft also has built-in cabinets and shelving throughout. Location is hard to beat: about 10 minutes to DU, 15 minutes to downtown, and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants on Broadway and South Pearl Street. Housemates: The main floor has two professional female housemates. They’re friendly, respectful, and keep things peaceful. You’d share the kitchen, dining room, and living room with them. They like hiking, concerts, wellness, reading and crafting. Other things to note: There’s a basement apartment that’s separate from the rest of the home (their entrance is from the back). The backyard and shed are shared with the basement tenant and the two main-floor housemates. Also, the brand-new LG washer/dryer are located in the 3rd housemate's bedroom, so you’d coordinate reasonable laundry hours with her. Things to love about living here 10 min walk to South Pearl, light rail, Broadway, Sprouts, and Platt Park 10 min bike ride to Wash Park & DU Xeric backyard + raised garden bed (plant veggies if you’d like) Quick access to I-25 and Santa Fe Drive Driveway + street parking (shared) No mowing/watering; weeding is shared New dishwasher & furnace Gas fireplace Hardwood floors The Ideal Housemate: We’re looking for clean, respectful and mindful. City - Denver

Established in the mid-1800s as a mining town during the Gold Rush, Denver embraces its Western heritage along with a forward-thinking mindset. Larimer Square is a testament to Denver’s balance of old and new, boasting rows of creative restaurants, independent shops, and vibrant nightlife spots in Victorian-era buildings downtown.

Located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Denver is renowned for its great outdoor adventures. Residents enjoy more than 5,000 acres of parks, trails, golf courses, and playgrounds as well as convenience to Red Rocks Park and Cherry Creek State Park. Denver is proximate to world-class skiing and snowboarding opportunities just outside the city too. City center skyrises provide incredible views of the mountains to the west, while spacious suburbs with single-family rentals make for the perfect place to set down roots.
