Bathroom is shared between you and the owner who occupies a separate bedroom. No pets allowed, per building rule. There is parking lot, but payment is extra and will go directly to building management. Beautiful roof top and heated outdoor swimming pool. If you are a quiet and tidy person, please message me to arrange a visit. Monthly rent includes all utilities. Internet is the responsibility of the tenant, currently $30/month. $300 new resident fee imposed by building management.
