The kitchen features a marble backsplash and a high-end Arhaus dining table. The living room offers a comfortable leather sofa, another dining table, a half-bath, and a large-screen TV. The palatial master bathroom has polished nickel fixtures and marble from floor to ceiling, with a palatial shower designed for two. Amenities include high-end hotel sheets and pillowcases, a custom tile shower, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a free in-unit washer and dryer. The well-appointed kitchen has an open kitchen-living-dining layout, and the apartment has central air and heat. A parking pass is provided for one vehicle in Ziegler Garage, a 3-4 minute walk away. Additional vehicles can park in the same garage for ~$10/night. Offering the best of both worlds, this location is on a picturesque tree-lined street but just steps from all of the excitement of downtown Cincinnati. With a walk score of 94, you can walk to hundreds of cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and bars. It's a 5-minute walk to Main Street, where you'll find lots of fun and dancing on Friday and Saturday nights. Get around all of downtown with the free streetcar stop nearby, which comes every 15 minutes. This apartment is located in Over the Rhine, Cincinnati's food and entertainment district, and is just minutes to UC Health, Cincinnati Children's, and Christ Hospital. Top attractions nearby include Great American Ballpark, TQL Stadium (FC Cincinnati), Bengals Stadium (Paycor Stadium), the Bell Event Center, Saint Mary's Cathedral, Woodward Theater, Music Hall, Rhinegeist, POSH Cincinnati, the Columns, the University of Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Contemporary Art Museum, Union Terminal / Cincinnati Museum Center, Andrew J Brady ICON Music Center, Riverbend Music Center, Cincinnati Zoo, and the Aquarium. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges may be pressed for criminal trespass, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm-8 am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking or lighting anything is not allowed in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will result in an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property are incurred, then you will be billed the cost.
