If you throw an unauthorized party, charges may be pressed for criminal trespass, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm-8 am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking or lighting anything is not allowed in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will result in an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property are incurred, then you will be billed the cost.
