About This Property

Luma is a 24 story building on First Hill - a block from Whole Foods off Madison. Infinity rooftop hot tub, dog run / shower, library, gym, media room, etc. Unit is a 1 Bedroom, 794 Sq Ft + Balcony. Unit is on 10th floor, unobstructed views of Cascades. All high end appliances, natural wood floors, electric blackout shades (control with remote or Alexa/Goog Assistant), lutron smart lights (control with Alexa/Goog Assistant), full size washer dryer in unit, air conditioning, electric vehicle charger in loading dock (Chargepoint), underground secure parking INCLUDED in price, storage locker INCLUDED in price, even utilities and gigabit internet included in rental price. I have them all on auto pay, it's easier to just keep it that way :). I am the owner of the unit - you will not be dealing with a rental agency. If you want the unit furnished, that can be arranged. I used to live in the unit, and the furniture I had in there is now in storage - I can move it back in after the current tenants move out. Move-in on or after March 1st. 6+ month lease required by building. $700 move-in fee imposed by building, which I will split with tenant if you move in before March 10th. $35 credit check / application fee. I need to get permission from current tenants to show unit, so might need a few days notice. Cats/Dogs negotiable. All photos before building picture are of unit. After that photo are building amenities.
