Tenants are to use the key in the lockbox to get their key copies. The tenant’s key copies are typically stored in a kitchen drawer. The key from the lock box is to be returned to the lockbox, and is to be in there at all times. This is the key we use for tenant maintenance requests. If the lockbox key is found to have been removed the tenant will be billed $50 charge. However, tenants are welcome to use the lock box for emergencies and that is why we give tenant’s the code.
