The maximum capacity of this apartment is 4 adults, and extra guests who are not included in the reservation are not allowed on the property. Pets are not allowed in the building. This is an adult-only residence, and children are not allowed on the premises. The minimum age for booking is 25 years. Check-in is after 3 pm until 8 pm, and check-out is before 11 am. Late check-out is possible upon submission of advance notice and will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. If the remote smoke detector alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoking is discovered, the trusted partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and a $200 cleaning fee.
