If the smoke alarm is triggered and the smell of smoke is detected, your reservation may be canceled, and a service call fee of $150 and cleaning fees of $200 will be charged. Check-in is after 3 PM and before 8 PM, with arrangements needed for late check-ins. Check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out may be possible with advance notice and review.
