The two bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Enjoy in-suite laundry with provided detergent. Please be mindful of locking bathroom doors from the outside, as locksmith costs will be the guest's responsibility. Guests are responsible for any plumbing issues caused by food or debris in sinks. Do not leave windows or doors open during winter to prevent pipes from freezing. Sidewalks and driveways are maintained after snowfall. Be mindful of snow melting in the garage. Use of the mailbox is not included. If items are left behind, guests must arrange collection within 14 days or pay a $50 shipping fee plus postage. Do not attempt to fix plumbing, appliances, or electrical issues. Host does not offer compensation for unforeseeable inconveniences.
