The guests agree to refrain from any disrespectful, illegal, or inappropriate behavior towards any neighbors, residents, building managers, host, or its representatives. Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. The guests acknowledge that their behavior is a material term of this agreement and that any breach of this term may result in damages and losses to the Host, meaning in case of breach of the zero-tolerance policy, full deposit will be forfeited.
