Unfurnished 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, 2-story, Single Family Home. Close to neighbors, but no shared walls and no through traffic!!! Downstairs: Large two car garage with raised storage and flat driveway leads into kitchen. This Tardis House Features a large great room, eat in bar with kitchen passthrough and a half bath off the kitchen. There is a very small fenced patio area for sunning/bar-b-q off the living room. No grass. Upstairs: Loft area with skylight at top of the stairs leads to an open and roomy main bedroom with alcove, walk in closet, en suite main bath with dual vanities, walk in shower, and closed door toilette. On the other side of the loft area, you'll find a hall bath with tub; laundry with washer dryer included; and two more bedrooms that easily fits a double or queen with night stand and dresser. The main bedroom is very quiet as sound does not pass through the house easily. The loft area is perfect for a reading nook, yoga space, office desk, gaming set up, or play area (would need gates). Centrally located in Evergreen-Landover-Sharmel area, it is easy to get to shopping, freeways, and restaurants by car. The dead end streets mean no traffic except for the people that live there.
