The full bathroom is fully stocked. The living room is modern, plush, and soothing, and includes Netflix, Fubo, HBO Max and Disney+. On-site parking is available. Inquire about bike rentals if you are interested. Centrally located, the Victorian on Garden is just blocks from downtown's best restaurants, parks, and shops. It's steps from the best of downtown Bellingham, diagonally across the street from a favorite grocery store, and just a few blocks from some of the best brewpubs, restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and bakeries in Bellingham. The house provides convenient access to hiking at Chuckanut, skiing at Mt Baker, or boating in Bellingham Bay. The house is easily walkable to downtown Bellingham and just a few miles from Fairhaven. Quiet hours are between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. If you bring more guests than are listed on your reservation, you agree to pay double the applicable guest fee, and if your group is disruptive, your group may be asked to leave the property and forfeit the remainder of your reservation without a refund. A $500 smoke remediation fee will be assessed if you or any members of your group violate the no-smoking or vaping policy. If you create a disruption that causes the host to have to refund other guests’ stays or causes the host to incur other costs, you will be responsible for those expenses as well. If you do not vacate by the check-out time, you will be billed for a late departure fee of up to $50 per hour. [SI]
