This property offers luxurious private outdoor space, multiple bedrooms, and bathrooms, set up as two separate but connected apartments ideal for family reunions or wedding groups. Each of the two apartments features a fully stocked kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. The crown jewels of this property are the outdoor spaces: a large, private outdoor patio, a separate sunbathing deck, and a roof deck. Paid parking is available for vehicles. For guests with pets, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Located right off of Ziegler Park in Over the Rhine, you're a quick walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, and more. You're steps from Ziegler Park and less than a block to your neighborhood cafe, ice cream, and some restaurants. You're also only a 5-minute walk to Main Street OTR and just a few more minutes beyond that to Vine Street OTR. Pendleton / Ziegler Park is arguably the best neighborhood in all of downtown, safe and clean, but only a short walk to everything that Over the Rhine and downtown have to offer. You can walk pretty much anywhere from here. You're right on Ziegler Park, a five-minute walk to Main Street, and less than a ten-minute walk to Vine Street. You'll find yourself a mile from Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium. Getting around is easy with options like Lime and Bird scooters, Redbike stations, and public transit. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. If you throw an unauthorized party, you may be arrested on-site and prosecuted. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at the sole discretion of the host. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking and flames are not allowed in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150. This property has a security deposit hold collected via credit/debit card, similar to an incidentals hold at a hotel. This deposit is between $300 - $500. [SI]
