Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort, and both bedrooms are tastefully furnished with comfortable beds, closets, and heating/air conditioning units to ensure your comfort. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as they are periodically updated and refreshed. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are required to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. For the safety and security of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. No smoking, no parties, and no loud music are allowed, with penalties applicable for violations. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
