It is approximately 992 square feet and is located in School District 11. Water, sewer and trash is included in rent. Tenant pays electric and gas. Up to 2 cats are welcome with approval. Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed per HOA rules. Pets must be no less than 12 months old. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet, and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11-month lease minimum.
