Hi there! My name is McKenna & I am looking for someone to take over my lease that ends on September 1st, 2018 so I can move for a job opportunity. I am looking for someone to take over at the end of this term but I can make it sooner if needed! I live in a 4 bedroom apt at 13th & Olive. 3/4 rooms are being rented & my two roommates are both girls who are college students in Eugene. Rent includes all utilities & free parking in the garage attached to the building. The only extra cost is a payment of 15-20 dollars a month (average) for electricity. The room I am looking to lease is fully furnished (bed, bed frame, desk, dresser, and nightstand). I can make it available anytime after April 1st!
