A second downstairs living room offers a full lounging experience with an oversized sectional. The laundry room is located downstairs, equipped with a washer, dryer, and utility sink. The two-car garage and driveway provide parking for up to four vehicles. If the property IS pet friendly, pets are allowed at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Located immediately off the I-80 exit, this home provides the ultimate convenience for commuting and getting around the city, while still being close to the vibrant Sugar House neighborhood with its parks, dining, and shops. It offers direct highway access for easy commuting to the Cottonwood Canyons, downtown, and surrounding areas. Snowbird Resort is 29 minutes away, Alta Ski Area is 31 minutes away, Downtown SLC and Vivint Arena are 10-12 minutes away, Salt Lake City International Airport is 17 minutes away, and Sugar House Park is 5 minutes away. The property is directly off I-80, which provides incredible access to the city and surrounding areas, but there is associated noise, though the sound is very muted inside the home. Street parking is not available and is subject to towing. No pets are allowed. If it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises, a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Moving of furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
