Brick Walkup in Prime Location

The Upper East Side neighborhood is surprisingly young and fresh, and this apartment reflects that. The location is great - right by the express subway lines, blocks from Central Park and removed from the downtown hustle. The apartment is a great share, exposed brick and a relatively roomy living space. The kitchen and bathroom are quite small. It has a surprisingly quiet, domestic feel and looks out on a quiet courtyard (bummer is: you don't get access.) All in all, I think it's a gem.
