Renovated Carriage house in Druid Hills just a few blocks from the Emory Campus, Emory Hospital's and the CDC. Perfect for the nursing or grad student or even the movie industry person who does not need much space!! It was just freshly painted, new granite counters in kitchen, stainless appliances, ( including apt size gas stove, built in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator), lots of natural light. New vinyl plank wood floors, updated ceiling fans/lights, decent size bedroom with small closet and plenty of light. The bathroom has new granite vanity, tile floors and a stackable washer and dryer. New blinds were just installed, railing leading up to unit just painted, space under it could fit a small table and chair to enjoy your morning coffee ( when weather is not so hot!!). Owners will allow tenant to store some small things in the garage on the right. Parking is on the street, ( unless you bike only) and you will receive a parking pass. The water is included in the rent, tenant pays for the gas and the power. This will be owner managed, they have some specific criteria to meet, min credit score of 675, verifiable income of 2 times rents ( if a student will need a co signer), good rental history, NO PETS, SMOKE FREE ZONE!!
