The living space features an innovative open-concept design that blends the living and dining areas with the kitchen, creating a modern and sleek living experience. The living room includes a sofa bed, chair, 4K 58" HDR smart TV, and coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed, depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee of $20 per pet per night for stays of 1 to 7 nights, $200 flat rate for stays of 8 to 29 nights, and $300 flat rate for stays of 30 nights or more. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply to Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid. This centrally located apartment puts you close to great food, drinks, and the best of the area. All guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions. [SI]
