About This Home
Can’t really beat this deal. I have a private room available starting August 1st for $1150 The apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood in the heart of the West End. For reference, it's about a block from Chaval. My friends own the house and I rent the 3 bedroom/1 bath apartment upstairs (top two floors). The $1150 includes all utilities except electric. We have a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. We have a Peloton you can use if you want to throw a few bucks towards the membership. The room's not huge but can easily fit a queen size bed w/ room for furniture. It has a window with nice natural light but no closet. There’s an extra room on the lower floor if extra closet space is needed. Open to any gender or non-gender conforming individuals. Communal spaces are pretty well furnished, but we can always discuss finding space for your stuff. Maybe it's cooler than ours! Lease is month to month with one months rent required as a security deposit. Two months notice required if/when you decide to move out. I’m looking for someone to stay for a while, ideally cause this process is stressful! so you must be cool with dogs! About me: My name is Erika and I’m 35 and from Vermont. I’ve lived here (in this apartment) since 2019, and I love it. I work a fairly 9-5 schedule. I’ve invested a bit of time and energy making this place a home and ask that anyone coming in be respectful of common spaces. I’m partnered and spend a fair amount of my time there. Not a clean nut but like to keep things looking nice. Always down to binge Netflix and have a glass of wine or make dinner. I have a very sweet pup named Bramble. She sure to win you over. About you: Must be lgbtq+ friendly and must be cool with dogs since I have one. Emphasis on respectful communication and cohabitation. +points for a good sense of humor. When responding PLEASE LINK TO SOME SORT OF SOCIAL MEDIA so I know you're a real human. Also please include your age. We’ll do first round interviews via Skype or Facetime. As long as the posting is still up the room is still available. Message if you feel you'd be a good fit, Thanks!

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
