Can’t really beat this deal. I have a private room available starting February 1st for $1150/month. The apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood in the heart of the West End. For reference, it's about a block from Chaval. My friends own the house and I rent the 3 bedroom/1 bath apartment upstairs (top two floors). The $1150 includes all utilities aside from electric. We have a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. We have a Peloton you can use if you want to throw a few bucks towards the membership. The room's not huge but can easily fit a queen size bed w/ room for furniture. It has a window with nice natural light but no closet. There’s an extra room on the lower floor if extra closet space is needed. The room comes with an off street parking spot. Open to any gender or non-gender conforming individuals. Communal spaces are pretty well furnished, but we can always discuss finding space for your stuff. Maybe it's cooler than ours! Lease is month to month with one months rent required as a security deposit. Two months notice required if/when you decide to move out.
