About This Property
This property borders Weehawken and is in a very quiet section of Union City. The cross streets are Mountain Ave and Cliff Street. The apartment has been updated with new stainless steel and black appliances (photo 3 shows the new appliances). Brand new white with gray-veined granite top, stainless steel sink and faucet to complement the new appliances. The apartment boats refinished oak hardwood floors and a new oak wall in the rear of the apartment for those who appreciate unique touches. Central AC and heat, and the ceilings are 10 feet tall. Laundry facilities available in the lower level. Lots of natural light and beautiful views of NYC to the far left. The apartment is also two blocks to Gregory Park; a great playground for the little ones while the older ones might want to join in on a basketball game in the bb court. The apartment is also three blocks to the reservoir, which offers a track and just a nice place to be to get some fresh air and see the beautiful views of Midtown. For those who work in Manhattan, this unit is 2 miles from the Lincoln Tunnel and 4 miles from the Holland Tunnel. Truly a beautiful, residential and quiet neighborhood and a great apartment! We own and manage our own properties. No fees, no previous evictions please.
