In the basement, you'll find a large entertainment room and the final full bathroom. There is an attached 2 car garage and the home is heated and cooled through central air. Within 6 miles from Denver Tech Center and Fitzimons (University Hospital and Children's Colorado Hospital), and 8 miles from Cherry Creek / Downtown Denver.
