This new (2019) and modern townhouse boasts high-end finishes throughout, and is beautifully furnished from floor to ceiling. Guests have access to two parking spaces in an attached garage, as well as AC, central heating, washer and dryer, and wireless internet. There is also a lockbox for easy access into the townhome. There are two complete bedrooms, a downstairs Flex Room that easily converts into a third bedroom, and each bedroom is tastefully appointed. The third floor main bedroom is furnished with a CA king-sized bed, the second third floor bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and the couch on the ground floor Flex Room converts into a very comfortable queen-sized bed. Extra sheets, blankets, and pillows are fully stocked in the third floor linen closet. There are three complete bathrooms plus powder room. The third floor main bedroom has a walk-in closet, as well as an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third floor second bedroom has a detached full bathroom with shower and tub. The Flex Room on the ground floor also comes with a complete bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower. There is a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV, comfortable couch, chairs, and throw blankets. The Roku television is equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, etc. There is a small fireplace to keep the space cozy and warm no matter the weather outside. There are also games and puzzles in the console under the TV. The kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, and comes with accessories such as a Keurig coffee machine, blender, and a Cuisinart stand mixer. There is a large island with sink and bar seating for 4. There is a separate dining area with space for 6 to dine together in comfort, and a sliding door that leads to a deck. There are beautiful city views on the rooftop deck, which is furnished with outdoor furniture. Please note that PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED at this property.
