Great house that still feels new. 4 bedrooms, laundry, and large living room upstairs. 121 sq foot office on the first level. Beautiful kitchen with high end Café appliances, 3 ovens, cabinets to the ceiling. Mounted TVs (Samsung Frame and Roku) are staying. 220v in garage. 1 Gig internet. Utilities are lower than anywhere else you'll find. We kept the house at 70 all summer, 76 all winter and never paid more than $150 for electric. Total utilities average $250/month. Income 3x rent, references required No pets, no smoking/vaping 12 month lease at $3030, lower price available for longer lease.
