You must realize that this home is on an active gaming association grounds with shooting of guns and a dog training facility with dogs barking. It is on farm land, and there are other animals and snakes possible on or near the grounds. There is a strict pet policy and must be reviewed case by case. (depending what kind of pet, $500 security deposit and an extra $50 per month) No outside pets allowed. UTILITIES: The hot water is propane. The heat is electric. The tenant pays propane, electric and trash. Renter's insurance is required. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
