Just minutes from downtown and steps from the scenic Fort Wayne Rivergreenway, this stylish retreat is perfect for families, groups, and travelers looking to explore the city. Feel at home in this brand-new 2024 main-level unit. This apartment features a modern design, comfortable sleeping spaces, and thoughtful amenities to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The bright and welcoming living room is perfect for gathering, relaxing, or watching your favorite shows. It has comfortable seating, a large Smart TV for streaming, and fast Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay with stainless steel appliances, modern countertops and cabinetry, and a coffee maker. Step outside to enjoy the covered back deck with seating and a small table. Just steps away you'll find access to the Fort Wayne Rivergreenway, a popular local trail network perfect for walking, biking, and exploring the city. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per stay. The apartment is located in the historic Oakdale neighborhood, a peaceful residential area known for its tree-lined streets and close proximity to downtown. Nearby attractions include the Fort Wayne Rivergreenway, downtown Fort Wayne restaurants and breweries, parks and outdoor recreation areas, and shopping and local attractions. This location offers a quiet residential feel while still being close to the city’s best spots. The property is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Fort Wayne. Guests can easily bike or walk along the nearby Rivergreenway trails, drive to downtown restaurants and entertainment in under 10 minutes, and access local highways for travel around the city. A car is recommended for exploring the wider Fort Wayne area. This is a townhome with separate upper and lower units. Each unit is private with its own entrance, but they do share a structure. As with most multi-level townhomes, some sound may travel between floors. You may occasionally hear footsteps, doors closing, voices, or everyday living noise from the other unit. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of TV/music volume, especially in the evenings. If you are sensitive to normal household sounds, this may not be the ideal fit. The neighboring unit may occasionally host families, including children, which can mean some daytime activity noise. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Smoking inside the apartment will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Any violation of the house rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting.
