Cabin was build by German Builder who lived in Tahoe 3 decades. This means the house is very well built and has great insulation for those cold winter nights or hot summer days. Mud room with lots of shelving and hooks for all your summer and winter gear, as well as storage underneath crawl space, back deck tool storage. The back yard faces south and goes back quite a bit surrounded by green space. Nice back deck that is followed by stone patio. Sunbathing/star watching porch, rock zen garden and lots of flower beds and locations to grow a veggie garden. Utilities to be payed by tenant which average roughly to $300/month, varies with usage and time of year. Optimum High Speed Internet available(currently 800+ mbps download and 50+mbps upload.) Local Mailbox included, no need to get box at USPS (there is currently over a year wait for other properties)
