Our trusted partner offers 1 to 12 month furnished rentals for travel nurses, relocations to or from Denver, remote workers, and others exploring the city for a few months. This apartment features in-unit laundry and a great balcony off the kitchen, perfect for enjoying a coffee or glass of wine. It was newly renovated and furnished by our designer in Spring 2022. The fully stocked kitchen includes a large double sink with a drying rack, though there is no dishwasher. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. Enjoy a Smart TV for your streaming services, a communal grill, an outdoor dining table, and a fenced-in backyard. All utilities, including fast internet (300mbps download, 10mbps upload), are included. One dedicated parking space, labeled 2N, is provided, and free street parking is also available on the block. Centrally located in a safe and walkable neighborhood, this apartment is just 3 blocks from Cheesman Park and the Botanic Gardens, and 4 blocks from City Park. Enjoy a 5-minute drive to Sprouts Farmers Market, Ideal Market, Whole Foods, and King Soopers, and the Cherry Creek Shopping District. Downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi are only 12 minutes away. For outdoor enthusiasts, Red Rocks is 30 minutes away, and ski resorts are 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose, all within a 7-minute drive, while UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO are 20 minutes away. The property is an easy 30 to 40 minute Uber ride from Denver International Airport, and a 10-15 minute Uber ride to anywhere in the city. Our team is available during business hours (9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. Per Denver's leasing rules, a lease agreement will be e-signed with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay. Check-out time is 10 AM; failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. This apartment is dog friendly, but has a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $80 per dog, per month. Any pets staying in the unit must be included in the reservation. Damage or excessive cleaning charges due to pets shall be charged to the guest, and pets are not allowed on furniture. Be mindful of noise from pets, music, and children; a warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, and additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property without refund. All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins, and all dishes must be placed in the dishwasher upon check-out. You are responsible for removing all personal property at the time of check-out; fees for our team’s time, shipping materials, and shipping fees will be incurred for returning items left behind, with a minimum $50 returned item fee. All properties are non-smoking and non-vaping; violation of this policy will result in damages fees. We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, or appliances; report any inoperative equipment promptly. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to mechanical failures or malfunctions, interruptions of utilities, maintenance problems, or construction in the area. Central heat is controlled by the host from two thermostats and heating zones for the building.
