About This Property

This is a great one bedroom home. We just repainted the home. Air conditioning was also recently installed. This is an old home that is well taken care of and inside is nice, clean, and comfortable. The home is a stand-alone property (not a duplex) but the driveway is shared with the front house which we also own and rent. The house is joined with the two car garage and to enter the property you have to go through the gate on the north side of the driveway (see job pics). Property includes its own fenced back yard that is NOT shared with the front renter. A one car garage is also included with the home. This is the perfect place for a single person or couple that want their own private space. There are no washer/dryer hook ups in the home. Pets may be accepted, additional pet rent and deposit will apply. Credit and background checks will be ran on all prospective tenants. This property allows self guided viewing without an appointment.
