You must climb stairs to reach this apartment. The Estelle Luxury Suite boasts high-end fixtures and bedding, with soaring ceilings and beams of natural light. Enjoy the convenience of an in-building washer and dryer. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Free on-site parking is available in the lot behind the building with a provided parking pass. Located on Historic West Ninth Street, this apartment is a labor of love, walkable to everything in downtown Cincinnati. It's easily accessible to the Convention Center, OTR, Music Hall, Washington Park, Fountain Square, Aronoff Center, sports stadiums, and dozens of restaurants, bars, theaters, and museums. Findlay Market is also within walking distance. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and unauthorized parties may be considered criminal trespassing. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and open flames are not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Abusive behavior towards staff will result in reservation termination without refund. The property retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is any concern about harm to people or property, disturbance to neighbors, or harm to the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe a party is intended, entry will be denied. A security deposit hold of $150 - $500 may be collected. Cleanup of human biomaterial will incur a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed unless expressly disclosed and will result in reservation termination without refund if discovered, with a $300 cleaning fee for excessive pet hair. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will incur a $170 re-keying fee. Units found in unreasonable disorder may be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150. Includes a comfortable set-up for remote work.
