Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The house is within a mile of downtown Loveland and the old fairgrounds! Excellent natural lighting, Ceiling fans, baseboard heaters and newer floors. Water/sewer is included in the rent, but other utilities will be responsibility of the tenants. No pets. Good Credit 660 or higher required. Income must be 2 times the amount of rent. Clean Rental references or previous Home Owner. Must pass a criminal background check, $40 to be paid by tenants.
