- Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath with 2 Living Areas in Great Neighborhood - This cute 3 bedroom home is located in a great part of E Portland St. The three bedrooms are located on one end of the home with one bath adjacent and another full bath was added to the home at the other end of the house. The living room has a fireplace and the family room on the back of the house can function as a sun room with lots of windows and additional air conditioning. The kitchen has been updated with a new sink and there is a gas range. The pet policy found on our home page applies to any pet for this home. The fully refundable security deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent. A prepaid cleaning fee of 30% of the monthly rent will be paid at time of move in. Lease will expire April 30, 2024 and auto renew on July 1 of each year if tenant/landlord does not elect to terminate between April 30 and July 1. Move out options are April 30, May 31, June 30.
