Westgate is a relatively small Los Angeles community located just off San Vicente Boulevard about 15 miles west of Downtown Los Angeles. Peaceful Home

I love, love, loved living here. So sad I had to leave the state. This apartment was a gem. Beautifully maintained. Sweetest landlord. Gorgeous original everything, but updated, you can't find original hardwood floors like this anymore! Everything in LA is cookie cutter, but this home is a dreamy charmer. Peaceful, but you can walk to the gym, restaurants, shopping, grocery store. It's so close to the best places in LA! I loved that it is a small building with only 5 neighbors, instead of being claustrophobic in the loud, giant buildings. Definitely, highly recommend!

Home sweet home

This building has the feeling of home in the convenience of one of the best locations in la! People are neighborly, landlord is amazing and keeps this mid century gem lovingly updated. For all people who want to support local, they really should support local apartment buildings, too!
