Free parking is available on the premises, with space for two cars in the garage and two in the driveway. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels are monitored to ensure compliance with local ordinances. We only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture, with pet cleaning fees applied. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
