This property is an updated two-story unit part of a duplex. Situated 10 minutes from downtown, this duplex is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees, a large yard, and privacy. There is a private parking lot next to the duplex where two cars can be parked plus ample additional space on the road. There is in-unit laundry, updated appliances, open concept downstairs, two bedrooms with plenty of closet and storage space upstairs. We allow up to (2) pets per home. We require a $150 pet fee, per pet, at move-in. Monthly pet rent is $25, per pet. We have no breed or weight restrictions! 8-month or 18-month lease available.
