Hello! We have a small private room for rent in an all-female shared house on Allegheny Avenue. We are looking for someone who is respectful and can peacefully enjoy this shared house. Included in the rent price is electric, heat, and high-speed internet. Tenant pays a $35/mo flat fee for water. The house is very large, and it is shared with a few other females who all meet the rental requirements. Each room has its own private electronic combination lock. There are two shared kitchens, three shared bathrooms, and there is a coin-operated washer and dryer on site. The house is walking distance to Temple Hospital, Broad Street, and the Center City subway line. REQUIREMENTS are MTM lease, 2x rent to move in (1x first and 1x security), income must be 2.5x the rent or co-signer, no evictions within 7 years, must have responsible financial life, must have clean criminal background, no pets, no smoking.
