Early check-in is available for a fee of $35 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. A pet fee of $70 will be charged only if you bring pets, covering extra cleaning. The driveway fits 5 cars; please do not park on the street. For outdoor activities, Tom Triplett Community Park is less than 3 minutes away, offering a lake, walking trails, and recreation areas, while Pooler Recreation Park is about 4 minutes away with sports fields and playgrounds. Downtown Savannah is approximately 12 miles or a 20-minute drive, River Street is about 13 miles or a 22-minute drive, and the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is roughly 7 miles or a 10-minute drive. Tybee Island Beach is approximately 28 miles or a 45-minute drive. Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval will incur an extra charge of $100. Identity verification is required for all guests aged 18 and older. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Parties or events are not permitted, and the maximum number of guests listed must not be exceeded.
