This bright and centrally located home is perfect for World Cup stays with family. The home features a fully loaded kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. There is a large living room with a 65” Smart TV. Linens and towels are provided. The garage has been converted into a game and media room with plush seating and premium audiovisual equipment, but the cinema AC is out of service. The large backyard includes a pool area with lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit, but pool towels are not provided and the hot tub is out of service. This is a pet-friendly home with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An EV charger is available. An additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged starting from the seventh guest.
