Located in a central DFW escape, this home offers bright interiors and a relaxed yet well-connected atmosphere. This home features a dedicated game and cinema room with plush seating and premium audiovisual equipment, though the cinema AC is currently out of service. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and more, perfect for preparing meals. It includes a large dining table, a kitchen bar area, and a breakfast nook. The large living room boasts a 65-inch Smart TV. The huge pool area is equipped with lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit. All linens and towels are provided, but pool towels are not. This home is pet-friendly, allowing house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. An EV charger is available. There is an additional nightly rate for 7+ guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 6+ and 8+ guests respectively.
