Application Fee
The application fee is $40 per person for everyone 18 years or older who will live in the home.
Application fees are nonrefundable.
We require at least 48 hours to prepare the home, allowing you sufficient time to update your address, transfer utilities, and prepare for your move.
If, at any point during the application process, we determine that the application is not a good fit for you or for us, we reserve the right to cancel your application. In that case, your application deposit will be returned. (We call this our “Happy Clause.”)
