The district starts along 10th Street and extends south to Michigan Avenue. It is bordered on the west by I-70 and the east by Arsenal Technical High School. The neighborhood is a few blocks northeast of Downtown, with easy access to the Indianapolis City Market, the Indiana World War Memorial, and Bankers Life Fieldhouse (home to the Indiana Pacers).
