Hi! I'm a 24 year old professional female looking for a roommate in my beautiful South Philly apartment.The apartment is spacious, clean, cozy, and has tons of natural light. There's also a HUGE deck with a view of the city. It's in a safe neighborhood and right on Broad street, with the Ellsworth-Federal subway stop is on the corner. It's also easy access to other public transportation and highways and a 5-10 min walk from the Italian Market, East Passyunk, Acme, and South Street -- and a 20 min walk from Center City (if you want to burn calories and not take the subway). Oh, and if you drive a car there's free parking outside and lots of it. The room available (purple room pictured) is gigantic, so tons of privacy if needed is available there. Kitchen is updated and there's tons of counter space and cabinetry. Washer/Dryer in unit, along with a dishwasher and Central AC/heat. Apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom. I'm hoping to find a professional, fun, easy-going roommate who appreciates having a clean and cozy home! Room is available for August 1st, but could most likely move in before that. Rent is $875.
